Immediate response and immediate inspection! Thankfully it was a false alarm, but still thoroughly impressed with the professionalism and great communication! Highly recommend!

Steve knows his stuff. Called him on a Sunday, he returned our calls within the hour, knew exactly our situation, asked key questions, made us offers for treatments, and did the work 2 days later. He showed up on time, took care of everything as I was traveling (hence the bed bugs…) and sent pictures during the treatment. I have rarely seen someone as Knowledgeable in their field and as nice. Highly recommended.

Jeff came out yesterday and he was amazing. I was worried all through the night before my treatment. He arrived, talked me through it and assured me everything would be fine. Also, that I caught it very early. It is the day after and while there are no signs of any bugs today, I’m confident I’ll rest easy tonight. Thank you Jeff!!!

I am very grateful to both Steve and Jeff for their help with the hybrid treatment of our home. We had never had bedbugs prior to this and it created a lot of stress. Steve answered my numerous questions as we prepared our home for the extermination. I am grateful to both Steve and Jeff for handling this worrisome situation on a kind professional level. Thank you gentlemen. I will recommend Richmond Bed Bug Experts to people who experience this common problem.

This review is coming a little late but my family found bed bugs 2 nights before Christmas. We found Steve and his company on Google and had a long chat. Throughout the whole process, Steve was very patient, kind and thorough in his explanations on how everything works and the process. We were very stressed out since this had never happened to us before and he was able to help us feel less stressed about the process. He was very patient when we had to reschedule several time due to various things. We are actually using his company a second time this week. We found some bed bugs a few days ago. And already have a treatment scheduled. I would HIGHLY recommend Steve and his business to anyone and everyone who has this issue.

Steve and Jeff were very great to work with!
They came out to do the job in a timely manner from the time I called them and answered all my questions. I've been able to sleep peacefully at night again lol. Highly recommend working with this company!

After we experienced some mysterious bites, Richmond Bed Bug Experts came out quickly for an inspection and graciously didn’t charge me because the inspection didn’t find anything. But we discussed the possibilities and I feel so much more informed and aware of my options after the visit. Excellent service!
